Shipping Information

The weekday and the time of day, as to when you place your order, determines when your package will be shipped. Expected delivery for standard parcels is usually 1-3 business days. In the table below you can find out when your order may be expected to arrive to your nearest postal office or agent. To some more remote parts of Sweden, please add an additional 1-3 business days. This additional day is not included in the estimated delivery table found below. In some cases, concerning certain parts of Sweden, shipping with DHL may take up to a week. Swedsnus takes no responsibility for any delays caused by the postal service or unforeseen events beyond our influence or our stated liabilities.

Once your order have been dispatched you can very easily track your parcel by logging in to our webshop. Click through to » My account » My orders » View your order history ». To receive the status of the order in question, click the icon "View" to the far right hand side of the page. At the bottom of the page you will find the tracking id-number which you can use to track your order via PostNord or DHL.
