The Swedish Advertising Ombudsman published the following ruling of the clip above:

"In the advertisement a woman's Décolletage with water splashes on the skin is shown together with the text ”for real men” and the information about a contest of ”30 buckets of great snus”. The Opinions board finds that the woman, due to the cropping of the image with focus on her breasts, is depicted purely as a sex object. This depiction of the woman have no connection to the marketed product of snus, which is offensive towards women in general. The advertising is in this respect sexist and thus in violation of the first paragraph, fourth article of ICC regulations."
